The Killogy Halloween Special stars legendary horror-punk Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstein of the Misfits fame, as an apocalyptic warrior, battling cannibals in a world flooded with blood. The issue was a big hit with readers and sold out immediately. A second printing was released soon after by IDW. The halloween one-shot continues the Killogy storyline established in Robert's 2013's original limited-series. It has been reported by Deadline Hollywood that an animated series is already in the works based on the property, with voice talent including Frank Vincent (Goodfellas/The Sopranos), Marky Ramone (Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, The Ramones), and Brea Grant (Heroes/Dexter). Executive Producers Alan Robert and Rodney Barnes (The Boondocks) are developing it along with producers Chris White (V/H/S/ Viral) and Jeff Mazzola (Descent).
